How to Get Started

Getting started is straightforward, supportive, and designed to remove the usual barriers—uncertainty, intimidation, and “not knowing what to do.”
Your first step is a short, guided visit so that we can set you on a path of success from day one. Here’s exactly how the consultation works:

During your WON on ONE, we will:

• Clarify your goals: fitness, strength, stress relief, confidence, self-defense, weight loss, performance—whatever your priority is, we align the plan to it.
• Review your training background: complete beginner, returning after a break, experienced athlete—this helps us coach you at the right pace.
• Talk scheduling and consistency: we’ll recommend the best weekly frequency based on your lifestyle so results are realistic and sustainable.
• Answer questions privately: so you can feel fully informed before stepping into class. This is also where we make sure you feel comfortable with the program structure and understand how our process works.
