March Break Confidence & Wellness Camp

Give your child a fun, active, and meaningful March Break!

Our Confidence & Wellness Camp is designed to help children build self-confidence, fitness, focus, and kindness in a safe and supportive environment.

Each day combines movement, age-appropriate fitness, mindfulness, anti-bullying education, self defense and guided reading & comprehension activities to support both physical and mental development. This camp is designed to help children grow stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally—while having fun in a safe and supportive environment.

Program Streams • MARCH 16 to 20

AGES 5–8 | LITTLE LEADERS

Focus Areas:
  • Learning kindness, respect and anti-bullying basics
  • Building confidence through guided movement, games, arts and crafts
  • Developing listening skills, focus and emotional awareness
  • Introduction to mindfulness through breathing and calm down exercises
  • Storytime & simple reading comprehension

AGES 9–13 | JUNIOR LEADERS

Focus Areas:
  • Learning anti-bullying strategies, boundary setting & leadership skills
  • Creative expressions through spoken word, crafting, acting, singing
  • Fitness challenges & goal setting
  • Developing mindfulness techniques for focus, stress management, discipline & self-control
  • Reading comprehension, group discussion and critical thinking

Daily Camp Themes

Monday – Anti-Bullying, Kindness & RESPECT

Children learn how to recognize bullying, set boundaries, and show respect for themselves and others through role-play, group discussions, and team activities.

Tuesday – Fitness & Healthy Habits

A high-energy day focused on movement, coordination, and fun fitness challenges, while learning the importance of healthy routines and goal setting.

Wednesday – Confidence & Self-Belief

Activities designed to boost confidence, encourage positive self-talk, and help children believe in their abilities—on and off the mat.

Thursday – Mindfulness & Emotional Control

Kids learn breathing techniques, focus exercises, and emotional regulation skills to help manage stress, frustration, and big feelings.

Friday – Leadership, Reading & Reflection

A celebration of the week! Leadership games, reading comprehension activities, group discussions, and a positive wrap-up with certificates and recognition.
