WON on ONE or Semi-private

  • Personal Training (1:1): Best for maximum focus, rapid skill development, and fully individualized coaching.
  • Semi-Private (2-6 people): Perfect if you want to train with a friend, partner, or small group—while still benefiting from a dedicated coach and a structured plan. Semi-private sessions maintain personal attention while adding team energy and shared accountability.
