School Sharper
What they train
Muay Thai and Kickboxing run Thai-camp style — warm, drill, pads, repeat — so the volume is high and the corrections are constant. Grappling builds toward live rounds at a pace that teaches rather than overwhelms.
Muay Thai & Kickboxing
Run Thai-camp style — the way a fight team actually trains a morning.
Boxing
Hands, head movement and the habit of seeing a punch before it lands.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
No-Gi grappling, positions, escapes and live Randori.
Wrestling
Level changes, takedowns and how to fall without getting hurt.
What they take home
Sparring is taught, not thrown at them. We cover what safe sparring means, how to look after a partner, and how to fall without getting hurt. Athletes are paired by size and experience.
Confidence
Confidence that comes from competence, not from being told they are great. They will be able to do things on Thursday they could not do on Monday, and they will know it.
Leadership
Older campers are given responsibility for younger ones — leading a warm-up, holding pads properly, checking a partner is alright. Most of them have never been asked.
Sport and school together
An honest conversation about training around homework, sleep and a full timetable — so that in October the answer is not 'quit one of them'.
Ready for September
A place in the fall assessment
Campers are prepared for the early-fall assessment for advancement into the Fundamentals II / Intermediate program.
Hours that count
All 12 camp hours are credited toward the Fundamentals II assessment qualification criteria. This is not a holiday-week extra — it is time on their record.
A different kid in September
Four mornings of structured coaching immediately before the school year starts. They walk into the 2026 year fitter, sharper and used to being corrected.
The kids who show up
Competing is not the point of the camp. But it is where the habit starts — four mornings of being coached, corrected, and expected to show up.
What it costs
Reserve a spot
ONLY 20 spots, four mornings, one intake. When the twentieth spot is paid, registration closes.
