
I hope everyone had an AMAZING Thanksgiving weekend, filled with joy, laughter and gratitude! Nothing beats spending quality time with friends and family. Short breaks like this weekend are good. It gives us time to reflect, recoup and regenerate positive energy.
New class structure
To ensure everyone gets the most out of their workout and skills development, conditioning will now occur in the first 30 minutes of every class, followed by 45 minutes of technique (Tuesdays) and advanced technique (Fridays). This means classes will now run from 8:00PM to 9:15PM. This will allow us more time to connect one on one to zone in on specific skills.
